This small regulation of group is designed with the unique purpose of keeping order and respect to the people as to the facilities in which we are and with the unique objective is that your stay of totally pleasant.

GENERAL

1. Is been request total cooperation and respect concerning the established itinerary, thus we will be able to realise and to finish all the activities on time.
2. Please dress properly in all common areas to the group, especially in the Bet. Haknesset (synagogue).
3. All the guests should have to carry a device thus to identify themselves like a member of the group and to have right to all the activities (Dinning room, Synagogue, Snack Bar, etc.)
4. The hotel and the organization reserve the right to suspend and cancel the program without any reimbursement to those guests who break the harmony and moral convention of the human beings, such as: fights, shouts, lack of respect, lack of moral and everything that breaks with the healthy coexistence between people.

SYNAGOGUE

1. The pray between week will have an approximated duration of one hour and two hours in Shabat and Jag. Arrive on time, so we can start and finish on time.
2. The synagogue will be directed by the Jazan. If you wish to lead a pray or read the Torah, to receive Alía, give shiur, etc. Please coordinate it with him.

COOKING AND DINING ROOM

1. All the foods are under the strict Orthodox Rabbinical Supervision of the Vaad Hakashrut of the Ashkenazi A.C. MEXICO D.F. (Mehadrin), (bet yosef), Jalav Israel, Bishul Israel, (complete baking by a Yehudi), without Kitniyot.
2. In t case that you bring food from your house and you want it to introduce it to our common areas like the restaurant and/or dining room, please notify it first and request authorization of the Mashguiaj.
3. Under no reason iwill be possible to be take out plates, sets of dishes, places setting, glasses, and any utensil of the kitchen and/or dining room outside the designated area. If you wish to take foods out of the designated area to consume it on other areas of the hotel, with pleasure will provide you with a disposable set.
4. Each family has an asignated place on the dining room; we ask your complete coperation towards other guests respecting their places. Any change that you wish please notify it so that can cordinate it with the manager of the group.
5. It is strictly prohibited the entrance to the kitchen, on the part of the guests.
6. The personnel of the hotel totally has been enabled to offer you the best attention and service we begged to go to them with order and respect to them so they can carry out their work with excellence.

RELIGIOUS SERVICES

1. For your own security and for all, we beg to light the candles of Jag and Shabat only in the areas especially assigned next to the synagogue or preferably in the dining room in your tables respectively.
2. We will provide candles for each lady who lights in Shabat and jag
3. If he needs yzkor candle please ask for it early.
4. The adjustments necessary have been realised to operate an automatic elevator during 24 hours, for Shabat and jag.
5. If you want to cary your belongings inside the hotel, there`s an Eruv
6. The 2 Sedarim, will take place in group and directed by a Jazan. Adjustments to realise the Seder in private and familiar form will have to be asked early with the manager of the group.
7. In your room, you will find a list of transfers, which have the legend “Please not turn off". Stick them before the beginning of Shabat and/or Jag on the switches previously selected by you, so that the personnel responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of your room does not turn them off.
