- All food is strictly supervised at the highest standards of Kashrut. You will enjoy the best traditional foods of the season under the expert certification of mashgichim authorized by the Vaad Ha-Kashrut of the Ashkenazi community.
- The cuisine will have variety and an international flare: Yiddish, Sephardic, Israeli, Mexican, etc. The food will contain no kitnyot (rice, beans and legumes not eaten by Ashkenazim during Passover).
- Shabbat and Yom Tov dinners will be served by the waiters; all other meals will be buffet style.
- There will be a light breakfast on Yom Tov days, and a large seudah (meal) for Kiddush.
- We have a "coffee bar" with cookies, chocolates, coffee, tea, soft drinks, and fresh fruit available most of the day.
- A snack bar will be available for your enjoyment by the pool from 1:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. daily. It will feature french fries, popsicles, fresh fruit, vegetables, alcoholic drinks, soft drinks, and bottled water.
- If you need a lunch to-go during the intermediate days of the festival (Chol HaMoed), we will gladly prepare for you a box lunch upon advance request.
